This exquisite single malt Irish whiskey is inspired by the iconic Galley Head lighthouse which stands guard over the warehouse at the edge of the Atlantic Ocean. It is matured in ex-bourbon and other hand selected casks such as rhum Agricole. The result is a striking flavour profile with a tropical twist of vanilla, honey and gentle spices.
