Distilled in 1957 - bottled 28/01/2021 - 64 years old cognac - grande champagne

Chocolat and soft spices, oranges, peach & candied fruit, pim-biscuits, raisinbread. Long en pleasent finish.

An absolute top grande champagne. It took us more than half a year to realise this bottling together with the almost 90 years old owner. A lot of knowledge and craftmenship, but also a lot of stubbornness that's why I called it : "Le Têtu".
