Alien Mede is made from honey for which the nectar is extracted from lady's bedstraw, woodruff.

Besides the nectar, the flavour of woodruff is also added.

This flavouring is more often used in, for example, cakes, sauces or in tea.

It gives the mead a nice distinct sweet fragrance and makes it slightly more bitter. 

Drink this mead outside in the garden or on the terrace, but be careful not to drink too much, before you know it you will start seeing UFOs.
