Boogieman Import is the importing and bottling company of Passion for Whisky in Rijswijk, the Netherlands. It grew from a desire to bring distinctive drinks directly to the Dutch market and give enthusiasts access to products rarely found elsewhere. Its first own-label whiskies appeared around 2020, after which Boogieman Import developed further as a small-scale independent bottler.

Within Boogieman Import, each drinks category has its own identity. Whisky is released under the Boogieman Whisky Society name, while mead belongs to the Boogieman Mead Society. This structure also allows other categories to receive their own Society in the future, always based on the same personal approach to selection.

For its whisky releases, characterful casks are chosen, often single casks issued in very limited numbers. The archive includes bottlings from Ledaig, Longmorn, Glentauchers, Bunnahabhain, Cameronbridge and North of Scotland, among others. The Mead Society focuses on traditional honey wines as well as distinctive variations with fruit and other flavourings. Boogieman Import therefore stands for small releases, unconventional discoveries and drinks selected with genuine enthusiasm.
