This single cask rum is a joint bottling from The Duchess and Eiling Lim.

Tasting notes:

“A lovely fruity yet herby rum; Cherry, Cherise and Yellow fruit (mango), flower blossoms and Butter(scotch) maybe a little shortbread, Crème Brûlée, Dark Chocolate and Espresso tones. Although bottled at 66,6% it is by no means a hot or an overpowered alcoholic drink. The mouthfeel is fruity and well balanced.”
