Continental ageing: 1.5 years (Long Pond) and 1 year (Clarendon) in Ferrand cask

Further Maturation: 0.5 year in Sauternes cask

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Exotic green fruits, banana, mango, with also pear and apple, honeyed notes, hazelnut, ethereal yet round

Palate: Sweet, pungent and long, yellow fruits such as plum and peach, almost ripe mango, fruit liquor, white flowers

Finish: Fruits, vanilla and flowers
