Silent Pool Mist Liquid Garnish Kaffir Lime 3cl

Silent Pool Distillers is an English distillery in the Surrey Hills, founded in 2013 by a group of friends with a shared passion for craft distilling. Historic farm buildings on the Albury Estate, beside the mysterious Silent Pool, were transformed into a working distillery. The location not only gave the brand its name, but also became an important part of the identity of Silent Pool Gin.

The distillery operates hand built copper stills made by Arnold Holstein and developed its own multi stage distillation process to handle different botanicals with precision. Silent Pool Gin is made with 24 botanicals. Alongside classic ingredients such as juniper and coriander, lavender, chamomile, rose, citrus, cardamom and local honey from the Albury Estate all play important roles.

This combination of classic gin botanicals, floral and citrus ingredients and local honey has given Silent Pool a distinctive position within modern English gin. Alongside the original gin, the distillery also creates a range of expressions exploring different botanicals and aromatic profiles.
