This special product is the result of a unique 4-step ageing process that creates an unparalleled smoothness and complexity. Originally, the whiskies mature in separate casks before being blended together and entering an initial maturation period. Then the blend is matured for a second time and finally the whole is finished in Palo Cortado sherry casks, resulting in a rich and unique taste experience.
