Tasting note

Nose

A combination of apple and "All Spice" with Wine Gums, candle wax and wild heather flowers. Then nutmeg, sea salt, peach and fresh vanilla, With water more fruit, but also nougat and wood chips and worn leather.

Taste

A rich and full mouthfeel immediately demands attention with fresh orchard fruit, green mango, with caramel and white chocolate. Pineapple and pineapple combine wonderfully with oak spices.

Finish

Impressive without a sharp edge. The flavours come in layers and make for a long, yet mellow finish.
