Release No.9 was bottled in honour of The Roots' one-year anniversary

"Where ancient souls dwell around the distillery, an ancient spirit stopped sharing with its angels after 37 years. It took a lot of time for this liquid to develop to the state it is in today, so give this one some time to open up and develop. Patience is the key to unlock beautiful fresh and fruity aromas, honey and pink grapefruit and some peach and beeswax. This oldie from 1985 will bring peace to the restless."

Official Tasting Notes:

Delicate with fresh notes of native fruit, honey, syrup, light citrus touch (think the sweetness of pink grapefruit). All very subtle and intertwined. With some time, this also opens up fully and you get pleasant hints of peach and a nice leather touch which lead to a long and velvety finish.
