Balblair Distillery
Balblair Distillery is located in the Northern Highlands of Scotland, close to the village of Edderton on the scenic banks of the Dornoch Firth. Founded in 1790 by John Ross, Balblair is one of the oldest active distilleries in Scotland and has a rich history of traditional whisky production.
Balblair whiskies are known for their lively and fruity flavour profiles, with notes of apple, pear, citrus and spice, complemented by a gentle sweetness and vanilla. The whisky is mainly matured in ex-bourbon casks, which contributes to its elegant and balanced flavours. The combination of historical traditions, carefully selected casks and a focus on optimal maturity makes Balblair a respected name in the world of Scotch single malt whisky.
