Tasting Notes

Nose

Refined and delicate with notes of stewed apples, vanilla, beeswax and gentle spice. Raisins, marzipan and a hint of orange blossom emerge with time.

Palate

Rounded and smooth with flavours of honey, apricot, soft oak and subtle sherry influence. Hazelnuts and almonds are joined by hints of spice biscuit and toffee.

Long and gently drying, with notes of apple syrup, toasted nuts and a graceful touch of seasoned wood.
