More about Convalmore Distillery
Located in the renowned Speyside region of Scotland, the Convalmore distillery has a rich history dating back to 1894. Although the distillery closed its doors in 1985, Convalmore is known for its rare and sought-after expressions, cherished by whisky collectors.
Convalmore was known for its 'worm tubs', contributing to its complexity and fullness of flavour. In collaboration with Gordon & MacPhail, a renowned independent bottler, a special edition of the 1969 Convalmore whisky was bottled in 1991 under the Connoisseurs Choice - Old Map Label.
This special whisky represents a unique piece of Speyside history and offers a rare opportunity to enjoy a single malt from the stills of a legendary but now closed distillery.
