This Speyside single malt was finished in sweet Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, adding richness, creaminess and a silky smooth texture filled with notes of dried fruit, chocolate and gentle spice. Tasting Notes

Nose

Enticing aromas of raisins, figs, toffee and milk chocolate. Underneath: orange zest, vanilla and a hint of cinnamon.

Palate

Soft and creamy with flavours of dried fruit, honey, caramel and a touch of nuts. The PX cask influence brings sweet depth with subtle spices like nutmeg and clove.

Finish

Medium to long with lingering sweetness, gentle spice, oak and a velvety texture that fades slowly.

Tomintoul Distillery
