The Starward Red Manhattan is a twist on an American classic. Created in collaboration with Adelaide Hills Distillery, we've paired a bespoke red wine vermouth infused with native botanicals, our single grain whisky matured in Australian red wine barrels and a dash of bitters. It is best served chilled in a coupe glass and garnished with a cherry or red grape.
