Whether it's experimenting with new flavours and ingredients or sourcing some truly unique barrels, our team always goes further for flavour. For our most exciting release yet, we’ve taken things up a notch, sourcing peated Scotch whisky barrels from world renowned Lagavulin distillery.

Our signature red wine barrel matured Single Malt whisky was finished for a further 18 months in these delicious peated barrels. Melding the tropical notes of our red wine barrel matured whisky with the rich and earthy coastal peat from the Lagavulin barrels.

MELBOURNE TO ISLAY: GOING FURTHER FOR FLAVOUR

Our team sourced barrels directly from Lagavulin Distillery, one of the oldest distilleries in Islay. Known for their iconic peated Single Malt Scotch whisky, they have garnered a passionate following from whisky enthusiasts worldwide. With a meticulous approach to craftsmanship, their rich and intensely smoky whisky captures that maritime influence to create a distincive Islay malt.

Tasting notes

Nose / Yellow nectarine, touch of peat, pineapple, and a hint of iodine

Palate / Initially very tropical, char-grilled pineapple, black tea and a touch of brine

Finish / Drying ash, but follows through with tropical fruits and a touch of oak
