Tasting Notes

Nose

Vibrant and concentrated with aromas of ripe peach, apricot and orange zest. Notes of vanilla, light honey and gently toasted oak sit beneath, while a fresh almost mineral edge adds tension and elegance.

Palate

Full and energetic with layers of yellow fruit, caramel and creamy malt sweetness. The oak provides structure through clove, white pepper and a hint of nutmeg. The balance between fruit and spice gives it impressive maturity for its age.

Finish

Long and intense with lingering fruit, warm spices and a lightly drying, refined oak character.
