L'Authentique is full of Character with a period of 2 years ageing in oak barrels, and with a very low dosage of 6 gr/liter, it gives to L'Autentique a generous nose with hints of wood and vanillia, notes of fresh butter, caramel and brioche. A great maturity in mouth, well balanced, ample and fresh. L'Authentique is beautiful on his own, perfect with red meats and can surprise you with cheese.
