Giboin Fins Bois d'Apremont VS

The Giboin family has been vintners since the middle of the 18th century. Their property Apremont is in the soft rolling hills of the South Charente and consists of 8 hectares of vineyards surrounded by dense woods filled with oak and chestnut trees.

The rich quality of the soil composed of silica, clay and flint produces some of the finest cognacs of the region. The cognac Fins Bois of Apremont has a surprisingly unusual nose revealing slight scent of fine leather with notes of spices (nutmeg). Tasting this cognac develops a fluidity and softness in its aromas thus conveying an exquisite new pleasure to the palate.
