This full and round aged Blend represents a new generation of refined blends that combines the unprecedented sweet complexity of old Oloroso casks with the refreshing kick of natural fruit and spices. The obvious Oloroso base of ripe dark fruit and nuts is enhanced by vanilla and red cherry after which juniper, coriander and Madagascar cloves add a fresh spicy twist to this unique aged gin. Tasting note

Nose

Full, rich and fragrant. Tones from the maturation in sherry Oloroso casks such as currants, vanilla, nuts, dried figs and spices emerge. Complemented by fruity scents of red cherry and the fresh spice of coriander and juniper. Very seductive.

Taste

On the palate, the ripeness of dried currants and sultanas with notes of cherry and almond. Soft, full ripe notes, wood flavour and fresh spicy accents. Delicious full and long finish with sweet notes.The sherry Oloroso lover will be struck in the heart by this three-year aged gin!
