This special Dry Gin is a collaboration between Markus Wurth (newcomer of the year 2019 in the noble distiller category) and the Wu DRAM Clan.

The result is this fruity, refreshing and perfectly balanced Dry Gin named "Awakening". The Dry Gin is the result of the best distilling skills and hand-picked ingredients. An attempt has been made to distil a classic style. It gets the fresh and spicy notes of fresh lemons of the variety "Buddha's Hand", which were processed tree-ripe, and of raspberries to complete the fruity bouquet.

Botanicals: fresh lemons, raspberries, herbs, honey, orange blossom, blackcurrant and juniper

Fill a large glass with ice cubes. Pour 5cl Awakenings gin on top, fill up with a nice tonic 15cl and garnish with a lemon rind and a raspberry.
