This Gin is inspired by the botanicals of the island of Corsica. Besides the botanicals used in Portobello Road's london dry, bergamot, rosemary, basil and green olive are added. After distillation, a little sea salt is added for maritime character.

Nose: Juniper, citrus with hints of basil and rosemary

Flavour: nutmeg, olive and slightly salty

Finish: dry aftertaste
