"In the Mediterranean village of Selinus where I spent my childhood, juniper birds would often come to feed off the Juniper tree in our garden. This happening has an important role in the growth of new seedlings. Inspired from here, I added some Mediterranean flavors to enhance the whole experience.

The essence of oregano and the courageous deep character of Pistacia terebinthus formed the unique Juniper Bird Gin as we know today. Juniper Bird Gin is the result of blending floral and nutty flavour combined with a touch of childhood memories.
