Solicello is an Italian limoncello bottled under the name Liquore di Limoni. The brand focuses on one of Italy’s best known liqueur traditions: extracting the aromatic character of lemon peel to create a fresh and distinctive citrus liqueur. Solicello is bottled at 28% ABV, placing it firmly within the classic style of limoncello.

In traditional limoncello, the essential oils found in lemon peel provide much of the characteristic aroma and flavour. The peels are steeped in alcohol, allowing their colour, fragrance and citrus oils to be extracted. Water and sugar are then added, creating the familiar combination of intense lemon, sweetness and a gently viscous texture.

Solicello is designed to be enjoyed well chilled and is traditionally served after a meal as a digestif. It can also be used in desserts, served over ice or added to cocktails and spritzes as a fresh citrus component. In this way, Solicello offers an accessible expression of the classic Italian limoncello tradition.
