Takamaka Pti Lakaz is a rum that truly captures the spirit of the Seychelles. Part of the St André Series, this release is a meticulous blend of pot still cane juice and molasses rum, aged in ex-bourbon and French oak casks. "Pti Lakaz" means "small home" in Creole, evoking the warmth and comfort of a Seychellois household. Batch 3 is limited to just 3,800 bottles worldwide. No sugar added and non-chill filtered.

Tasting Notes

Nose

Soft aromas of vanilla, dried tropical fruits, gentle spice and a hint of oak. Creamy and inviting on the nose.

Palate

Rich and layered with notes of toffee, toasted coconut, cinnamon, banana and soft spice. The blend of cane juice and molasses provides both depth and harmony.

Finish

Long and warming with lingering oak, honey tones and a whisper of citrus.

Serving Tip

Best enjoyed neat or over ice. Also excellent in a classic Rum Old Fashioned or ti’ punch.

Takamaka Rum

Takamaka Rum is a premium rum from Seychelles, produced by the Trois Frères Distillery, located on the idyllic island of Mahé.
