Tasting note

Nose

A salty breeze of sea salt, followed by hearty chimney smoke balanced with spicy peppercorns and sweet hints of caramelised toffee and dried fruit.

Taste

Full and robust. Sherry sweetness with sultanas and figs, intertwined with warm spices. The peat smoke, meanwhile, remains present.

Finish

Long and warming, with toffee and briny smoke slowly giving way to spicy warmth.
