Tasting note

Nose

Walnut zest, hints of shoe polish and distinct chocolate notes. Bitter oranges and chestnut honey. The dry sherry character also comes through well.

Taste

Orange marmalade with hints of ginger and cloves. Nice bitter-sweet ratio and again the sherry barrel has done its best. Powerful flavour.
 

Finish

Here the chocolate returns again along with the walnuts. Let's call it a finish of walnut/chocolate cake.
