Initially filled into standard hogsheads and re-racked into two premium Sherry casks - one used to produce dry, fruity Oloroso and the other rich, sweet PX sherry. After three years, the cask whiskies were married to create an exceptional single malt with alluring depth and complexity

Palate: Oily malt, cooked apple, cereal

Finish: Dried apricot, hint of smoke
