Tasting Notes

Nose

Fresh and elegant with aromas of yellow apple, peach and candied citrus. Underlying notes of honey, white raisins and a hint of spiced cake.

Palate

Soft and fruity with flavours of apricot, tropical fruit and vanilla. The Madeira influence brings notes of grape skin, almond and mild spices like cinnamon and ginger. Balanced and delicately layered.

Finish

Medium in length and gently warming, with lingering fruity sweetness fading into a soft nutty and lightly spiced finish.
