But this cask also provides pronounced salty and savoury notes: peanut brittle, sesame snaps, pretzels, and even a lactic Greek yoghurt tang. Round and rich yet distinctive and intriguing, this shows how deep distillate can still show so much in what could otherwise be an overwhelming cask profile.

Still quintessentially PX for those of you that love it, but with so much depth for those seeking a bit of fun from their Speyside dram!"
