The GlenAllachie 30 years Batch 3 is a true tribute to craftsmanship, patience, and passion. This third release is a sophisticated blend of outstanding casks from the early 1990s: a combination of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry hogsheads, complemented by several American virgin oak casks. Billy Walker personally hand-selected the finest casks from the distillery’s vast inventory of over 50,000 casks across 16 on-site warehouses.

Bottled at a natural cask strength of 48.9%, with no added colour and non-chill filtered, this 30-year-old expression perfectly showcases sherry-matured indulgence. A luxurious and elegant single malt that proves the rewards of patience in whisky-making.

GlenAllachie Distillery

GlenAllachie Distillery is located in the heart of the Speyside region, near the town of Aberlour in Moray. Founded in 1967 by Mackinlay, McPherson & Co, the distillery has a rich history and a reputation for producing high-quality whiskies. After several ownership transfers, GlenAllachie was acquired by whisky icon Billy Walker in 2017, leading to a revival of the distillery.

A unique feature of GlenAllachie is its focus on artisanal production methods and the use of a wide range of casks for maturation. The distillery uses water from nearby Ben Rinnes, which contributes to the purity and character of their whiskies.
