Nose

The influence of the sherry casks is immediately recognisable, with aromas of dark chocolate, dark coffee and a subtle balsamic-like sharpness. Background notes of old leather, polished oak and a hint of nutmeg give the nose a refined, earthy depth. Over time, subtle hints of orange peel and warm vanilla also emerge.
