Don Martín 8 Years Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish is a very flavourful, unique expression. The core is an 8-year-old blended whisky that is first "aged" and matured in oak casks. The whisky is then transferred to bespoke Oloroso sherry octave casks for at least three months. The small casks allow for a high surface-to-volume ratio, leading to more barrel influence and more of those intense sherry notes.
