Nose

Spring blossoms in morning sunlight, white peach, vanilla and a touch of fresh ginger. A soft citrus brightness lingers above it all.

Palate

Silky and smooth with flavours of ripe pear, honey, gentle spice and a delicate oak influence from Japanese wood. The bourbon cask adds creamy sweetness and texture.

Finish

Fresh and elegant with notes of green apple, almond and a hint of white pepper. A graceful finish that leaves you wanting more.
