Tasting Notes

Nose

An explosion of tropical fruits and raisins rises from the glass, accompanied by aromas of candied orange peel, honey, and a touch of salted caramel. The Marsala cask influence is clearly present, with soft wine-like notes and a hint of almond.

Palate

Rich and indulgent on the tongue, with layers of stewed plums, banana bread, vanilla, and dark chocolate. The Jamaican funk brings a spicy kick of clove and green olive, while the Venezuelan component rounds it all off with velvety smoothness. The Marsala finish adds a slightly oxidative, raisin-like touch that’s perfectly balanced.

Finish

Long and warming, with lingering notes of caramel, dried figs, and a gentle spice that echoes beautifully. A graceful hint of wine-soaked oak rounds out the experience.
