Fragrant Drops is an independent bottler based in Leith, Edinburgh’s historic port district. The brand was launched in 2023 by George Keeble and Rachel Dixon-Keeble and forms part of Keeble Cask Company, a business active in the trading, maturation and selection of whisky casks since 2020.

George gained wide-ranging experience as a whisky bartender, tasting host, writer, competition judge and distiller. Together with Rachel, he selects casks from Scotland and beyond. These are sampled regularly and bottled only when the pair believe they have reached the right moment. Some whiskies receive an additional finish in a different cask, but flavour and balance always remain the deciding factors.

The releases consist mainly of single cask Scotch whisky, complemented by other distinctive spirits such as rum and brandy. Fragrant Drops is instantly recognisable by its striking apothecary-style bottles and original labels, which often refer to the date of distillation or the story behind the cask. Behind this playful presentation lies a serious, flavour-led selection for enthusiasts who enjoy discovering unexpected whiskies.
