Oloroso sherry.

Nose

Beautiful notes of chocolate, maple syrup and dates. Then it gets deeper, with hints of tropical fruit.

Taste

The sherry cask has done its job well, meaty like a Mortlach with toffee, caramel and dark chocolate.

Finish

Quite long, with a combination of almonds and earthy notes.
