Tasting Notes

Nose

Aromas of honey, vanilla and peach, followed by orange zest, toasted nuts and subtle oak. Floral hints of chamomile and apple blossom add brightness and depth.

Palate

Full and rounded with flavours of toffee, ripe pear, honey and soft spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg. The European oak adds light tannic structure, while the American oak contributes creamy sweetness and balance.

Finish
