This malt whisky has an underlying fruity character that is carefully created by the crystal clear wort, long cool fermentation with both brewers and distilling yeast. Followed by slow and gentle distillation before filling it in the best American Oak casks we can source.
Nose: Upon pouring the first impression is a subtle tropical fruitiness with vanilla, coconut and a hint of spices. This develops into warm aromas of sweet oranges and honey.
Taste: Fruity and surprisingly fresh. Rich honey sweetness, delicate spicy notes. It develops into bitter oranges with chocolate raisins.
Finish: Medium long and pleasant with orange, oak spices and a slight hint of subtle bitterness that adds complexity.
