Clonakilty Port Cask is matured in a combination of ex-bourbon, and Ruby and Tawny port casks from the Douro Valley.

This exquisite whiskey showcases a fusion of Irish whiskey with the delicate and nuanced influence of port.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Fresh, sweet apples, ripe peaches and vanilla, creamy with a hint of wood character in the background.

Taste: Very fruity with cherries, raisins and soft spices, some chilli and cardamom.

Finish: Middle long with soft spice and a hint of chocolate.

Clonakilty Distillery

Clonakilty Distillery is located on the south coast of Ireland, in the picturesque town of Clonakilty, County Cork.
