The Varietal Red Blend Biodiversity is a red blend consisting of 91% Cabernet Sauvignon and 9% Syrah and has been aged for 8 months in contact with French wood toasted to varying degrees.

Ruby red in colour with violet sparkles, this wine distinguishes aromas of black fruit and round silky tannins from the Syrah that meld beautifully with aromas of red fruit from the Cabernet Sauvignon. These flavours are mixed with toasted notes from the wood. The wine has a good structure.
