Description: Much older than the regulation asks, this eXtra Old cognac will open you the doors of the "paradise cellar" where Château Montifaud keeps its oldest cognacs.

Process: Artisanal distillation with lees, aged in "roux" french oak casks then in old casks.

Tasting notes: Very complex nuances of dry flowers and dry fruits. Hints of nuts and spices.

This XO already has outstanding aromas, great length on the palate with a gentle and powerful “rancio”.
