United S

The United S embodies the house style of the Single Malt Shizuoka. This is the first standard product from this distillery.

The S Series Single Malt is a blend of two of Shizuoka Distillery's signature styles, K and W.

The main label remains unchanged. On the back label, you can see which edition it is. Each edition is named after the year and season of the release.

About the distillery

Located in the protected mountainous area of Shizuoka, known as Oku-Shizu, GAIAFLOW SHIZUOKA DISTILLERY lives in close harmony with nature. The underground water from the Southern Alps, which nourishes the earth of this area, flows into the Abe River before reaching Suruga Bay. The water streaming beneath Oku-Shizu blesses the land and while the distillery breathes in harmony with the nature. Enveloped as it is with the seasonal microclimate of the region, GAIAFLOW SHIZUOKA DISTILLERY is also the first ever distillery to use Japanese cedar as equipment, we are proud to offer you a whole new whisky experience.
