Tio Pepe Fino by González Byass is perhaps the most famous Fino sherry in the world. Produced in Jerez from 100% Palomino grapes, it matures for an average of five years under a natural layer of flor yeast using the traditional solera system. This process preserves its fresh, delicate character while imparting the signature saline and almond-driven notes.
