Equipo Navazos – La Bota de Fino No.115

La Bota de Fino Nº115 is a powerful and unfiltered Fino from Jerez de la Frontera. It is aged for many years under flor in very old solera casks, deep inside cool, well-ventilated bodegas where temperature and humidity remain perfectly stable. Unlike Manzanilla, it is not shaped by the sea air of Sanlúcar, but instead gains depth, structure and a more pronounced nutty complexity.
Equipo Navazos bottles this wine en rama, preserving its full texture, aromatic intensity and pure flor expression. This is Fino in its most serious and gastronomic form.

Tasting Notes

Nose
Clean and refined with aromas of almonds, dried chamomile, yeast, green apple and subtle herbal spice.

Palate
Bone-dry and precise with flavors of almond, brioche dough, green olive and chalky minerality. Less salty than Manzanilla, but deeper and more structured.

Finish
Long, dry and elegant with lingering nutty tones and a gently bitter, food-friendly edge.

Nº115 comes from an old Fino solera in Jerez, chosen for its purity, intense flor character and classic structure. No cold stabilization, no heavy filtration — just time, flor and terroir in the glass.
