Compagnie des Indes Rums offer a wide variety of origins in order to showcase the diversity of taste and aromas, as well as the know-how and "Terroir" of each origin.
Similar to wine making, rums can present different flavor profiles depending on the region they are produced in.
At Compagnie des Indes, the "Terroir" is respected in every Rum of their range; from their blends up to their most regarded Single Casks.

This single cask comes from a blend of rums from Guyana, Barbados and Trinidad which has undergone a 12 months’ maturing in our cellars, in Pernand-Vergelesses cask, famous Burgundy’s white wine. 
 
This ripening provides the rum with an extra greed and a richness. 
 
The nose is flattering on notes of white fruit, pear and plum. The mouth is creamy on buttered, milky or cereal notes. The finish is long straight and precise.
