Tasting Notes

Nose

Mild and refined, with aromas of raisins, ripe plums, vanilla, and a gentle touch of oak. There’s a floral and honeyed layer beneath, with a soft hint of almond.

Palate

Smooth and rounded, with notes of dried fruits, toffee, light spice, and toasted oak. The mouthfeel is creamy without being heavy. Very approachable, yet full of character.
