Tasting note
Nose
The nose opens with intense peat smoke, mixed with fresh citrus notes and a hint of sea salt, reflecting the maritime influences of the island.
Taste
On the palate, layers of rich, smoky flavours emerge, combined with sweet caramel, vanilla and a subtle hint of spice and oak. This whisky also offers slightly spicy undertones, with notes of pepper and cinnamon.
Finish
