Fuyu means "Winter" in Japanese. 

It was made from 50% malt and 50% mash corn and wheat on Honshu island. This whisky was aged in used white American oak barrels. Months before bottling, it was transferred into Mizunara casks (Japanese oak).

Notes of coconut, caramel, smoke and cooked fruit on the palate.
