This very special genever combines the spiciness of the rye grain mixed with fresh flavors of the juniper, licorice and aniseed.
The rye spirit is then triple distilled in a small pot still from a 100% rye grain mash. The new rye spirit is aged in new American oak barrels for a minimum of five years. After that period of time, the botanicals are added before reduction to a drinking strength.
Nose: rye spice with vanilla, toffee, cinnamon and some anise.
Flavour: rich notes of oak, toffee and fudge with some Licorice.
